YOUR PHOTOS, YOUR EVENT
This pre-launch policy explains how Naminex Solution plans to handle information when providing magenta36.
We may collect host account and contact details, event settings, guest display names, optional reveal-notification emails, event photos, reports, device and diagnostic data, and payment references. We do not need a guest’s full birth date.
We use information to create events, enforce guest and shot limits, process purchases, operate the event camera, schedule album reveals, send approved reminders, moderate content, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Albums are private and unlisted. Before reveal, guests cannot view album photos. After reveal, the host and anyone holding the active secure QR or link can view the album. Hosts can revoke and regenerate access.
Event photos remain available for 60 days from event activation and are then permanently deleted without recovery, unless the host deletes the event earlier. Optional guest reveal-email addresses are deleted seven days after the reveal email is sent. Payment, tax, fraud, and legal records may follow a separate required retention period.
We may use providers for hosting, photo storage and delivery, authentication, payments, email, diagnostics, and customer support. They receive only the information needed to provide their service. Processing may occur in Malaysia or other countries with reasonable safeguards.
Hosts must be at least 18. Guests aged 13–17 must confirm parent or guardian permission. A parent or guardian must operate the service for anyone under 13. Guests accept the event rules, Terms, and photo-processing notice before uploading.
You may decline optional reveal email, report content, or ask about access, correction, or deletion. Some payment or safety records may need to be retained where required by law.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us immediately about suspected unauthorised access, privacy concerns, or deletion requests.
