CLEAR EVENT RULES
These pre-launch terms describe the rules planned for hosts and guests using magenta36.
magenta36 provides a shared photo camera and private event album. Hosts must be at least 18. Guests must be at least 13 to upload independently; guests aged 13–17 confirm guardian permission, and a guardian operates the service for anyone under 13.
The host controls the event, reveal time, and active access link. Anyone with the active link may be able to enter the event or view the revealed album, so hosts and guests must not share it beyond the intended audience.
Uploaders keep ownership of their photos and grant Naminex Solution a limited licence to host, process, display, and provide downloads as needed to operate the event. Uploaders must have the right and appropriate permission to submit their content.
Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, hateful, threatening, harassing, infringing, deceptive, or unsafe content. Hosts may hide or delete photos, block an event session, pause uploads, and regenerate access. Guests may report a photo or uploader after reveal. Reported photos may be hidden while reviewed.
Packages are one-time purchases for one event. Before the first guest joins or uploads, the host may reschedule once for free. After the first guest joins or uploads, no change-of-mind or unused-capacity refund is offered. Store rules and applicable consumer rights always take priority.
For a verified magenta36 failure that materially prevents the event, we will offer a replacement event first or assist with a full refund. Verified duplicate charges receive a full refund, subject to Apple or Google processes where applicable.
Album access lasts 60 days from event activation. The host receives reminders around days 30 and 55. On day 60, event photos are permanently deleted without recovery. Hosts should download wanted photos before expiry.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features and these terms may change before or after launch. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website where appropriate.
